Cesar Marquez (he/him)
is the Nevada Deputy Director at Rise. Cesar studied Industrial Engineering at Purdue University and has over nine years of experience as a Production Supervisor for Amy’s Kitchen and Tesla. In 2021, he shifted his focus to the local electoral reform space, bringing his leadership and operational expertise to advocacy work. At Rise, Cesar oversees a team dedicated to grassroots mobilization and community engagement, with a primary focus on empowering young people and students. His passion for transparent and fair electoral processes drives his efforts to ensure every voice is heard, fostering an inclusive and equitable political environment in Nevada.
