Royce Mann (he/him)
is Rise Georgia’s Deputy State Director and a student at Emory University. Born and raised in Atlanta, Royce began organizing in high school with March for Our Lives and Amnesty International. Since then, he’s worked on numerous electoral and issue-focused campaigns across Georgia. Most recently, he worked as Youth Engagement Coordinator on Sen. Raphael Warnock’s re-election campaign. In 2021, Royce ran for the Atlanta Board of Education, receiving nearly 10,000 votes in a five-person race. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and plans to graduate in the Spring of 2025. In addition to being a student and organizer, Royce is also an actor, a spoken word poet, an avid bowler, and a big Atlanta sports fan.
