is a junior attending Spelman College majoring in Political Science with a concentration in International Studies. They are minoring in Management and Organization. Susanna is one of the Co-Chairs of the Political Action Committee for Spelman’s Chapter of NAACP. Susanna has a passion for foreign policy, social justice, and college affordability. Going to an HBCU, they have seen firsthand the many difficulties associated with college affordability and the lack of meeting student basic needs. College is so expensive that it puts certain marginalized groups at a disadvantage. Susanna wants to advocate for a better future for those who don’t think they have one. College is associated with upward mobility, and everyone deserves to be where they want to be regardless of their socio-economic status.
