Siara Gutierrez
is a Rise Pennsylvania Fellow and a senior at Shippensburg University majoring In Political Science with a minor in Military Science. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY, and was mostly raised in Allentown, PA. She is an active student and leader on her campus. Upon graduation, Siara wants to start a business and volunteer her time to give back to her community in Allentown.
