is a Rise Michigan Fellow and a second year student at the University of Waterloo studying Environment, Resources, and Sustainability (ERS) with a focus on law and policy in the co-operative education program. When she is not in school, she is a proud resident of Michigan, and is a graduate of the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy. Lannah is interested in how climate and environmental-related catastrophes impact marginalized communities and create injustices, including those of an educational nature. She plans on attending law school to study these topics in depth. Lannah believes education is a human right. She is elated to be a Rise Michigan Fellow to help empower individuals and fight for the rights of her fellow Americans.
