Eleno Zepeda
is a Rise CA 2022 Fellow and also a student at Cal State San Bernardino, pursuing a degree in Social Work. As a former foster youth, he wants to give back hope to children and young adults who feel they have no one. In this fellowship, Eleno wants to do something exceptional for students to receive college opportunities to further assist them in their futures.
