Adja Kiende
is a Rise Pennsylvania fellow and a Freshman at Temple University majoring in Political Science. Adja comes from a Senegal-American Muslim household and was born and raised in Philadelphia. Adja is passionate about civil rights, immigration, and human rights. In her free time, Adja enjoys reading books, studying her religion, bingeing shows, and hanging with friends.
